Hailey Elder | LM, CPM

From as early as she can remember, Hailey has felt drawn to the miracle of birth. As the oldest of five children, she happily stepped into the role of a "pseudo momma" long before she ever imagined becoming a midwife, nurturing those around her with the same heart that now guides her care for growing families.

Hailey graduated from Mississippi College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Public Communication and a minor in Psychology. Before finding her calling in birth work, she explored a variety of creative careers, from working in a bakery and as a wedding florist to summer camp administration and private school education. But everything changed when she attended her first home birth in February 2021. That experience completely transformed her heart and confirmed the path she was meant to follow.

Later that year, Hailey became a certified Birth Boot Camp doula and birth assistant, supporting families through home births, birth center births, and hospital births. At 30 years old, she felt called to deepen her knowledge and pursue midwifery. She enrolled at Mercy in Action College of Midwifery in 2023, completing three years of clinical training under exceptional preceptors throughout the greater Houston area. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Midwifery in May 2026 and earned her Texas midwifery license the following month.

Hailey believes every family deserves compassionate, evidence based care and the confidence to make informed decisions throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She is deeply honored to walk alongside women during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives.

When she's not caring for families, you'll likely find her chasing the perfect cup of coffee, turning thoughts into words and artwork on paper, or doing her best to keep her ever-growing collection of plants alive.
