Childbirth Classes
We offer childbirth education through certified instructors who specialize in preparing families for natural and out-of-hospital birth.

Available classes:

• Simplified Birth

• Birth Boot Camp

Registration is required and classes are offered at an additional cost. Please contact the instructor directly for enrollment.

Childbirth classes are required for first-time mothers and those planning their first out-of-hospital birth.

Postpartum Care for Mom & Baby

This monthly 2-hour class covers postpartum recovery, newborn care, and what to expect in the early days after birth. You'll learn normal postpartum and newborn characteristics, gain confidence in caring for your baby, and understand when to contact your midwife with concerns.

Required for first-time mothers and those planning their first out-of-hospital birth.

Pricing:

• Group class: $30 per couple

• Private/small group class: $50 per couple
